Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhuyun Health (09955.HK) announced that after the trading session on October 28, 2026, the Company's indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Shengda (as the repurchaser) entered into a legally binding agreement with Wuhu Venture Capital (as the counterparty) regarding the repurchase by Anhui Shengda of the sale equity (representing approximately 4.26% equity interest in Anhui Shengda) for a consideration of RMB21.8408 million.
