Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Rocket Lab (RKLB.US) shares rose more than 1% in pre-market trading on Wednesday. The company had previously highlighted progress on its $515 million military satellite project, stating that of the 18 spacecraft it is building for the U.S. Space Development Agency (SDA), 8 have entered the production phase.
