Oracle to Offer Google TPUs on Its Cloud Platform in 2027

On October 27 local time, Oracle and Google announced that Google Tensor Processing Units will be integrated into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, making Oracle the first hyperscale cloud service provider other than Google to offer Google TPUs. Both parties stated that the service is expected to launch in 2027 and scale up gradually over multiple years, supporting large model training, inference, and agent applications. Google's eighth-generation TPUs include TPU 8t for training and TPU 8i for inference.
