Yongtai Biotech-B (06978) proposes to place 124 million new shares at a discount of approximately 13.04%, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$36.1 million.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Yongtai Bio-B (06978) announced that on October 28, 2026 (before the trading session), the Company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, pursuant to which the placing agent has agreed (as the Company's placing agent) to place the placing shares (up to 124 million new shares) on a best-effort basis, at a placing price of not less than HK$0.300 per placing share (the final placing price will be agreed between the Company and the placing agent on or before the completion date).
