Lepu Biopharma issued a voluntary announcement that Pu Zhongjie, the company's controlling shareholder, chairman and executive director, on October 27, 2026, used his own funds to increase his holdings by 1.05 million H shares in the open market through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, at an average purchase price of approximately RMB 3.04, equivalent to approximately 0.06% of the company's total issued shares as of the date of this announcement. Immediately following the increase, Pu Zhongjie directly holds 1.05 million H shares and indirectly holds 433 million shares and 225 million H shares, equivalent to approximately 36.6% of the total issued shares.
