Hunan: Support the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area in jointly building a circular economy industrial corridor

The "Hunan Province 15th Five-Year Plan for Circular Economy Development" was released recently, proposing to optimize the industrial layout of the circular economy. It will continue to promote quality and efficiency improvements at two national "urban mineral" demonstration basesMiluo High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Yongxing Economic Development Zoneas well as at national bulk solid waste comprehensive utilization bases including Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhua Economic Development Zone, and Changning Shuikoushan Economic Development Zone. It supports the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area in jointly building a circular economy industrial corridor, and promotes cross-city coordination in Changsha's construction machinery remanufacturing, Zhuzhou's rail transit remanufacturing, and Xiangtan's scrap steel processing and distribution.
