Citi released a research report stating that Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) becoming a strategic partner of the 33rd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting, held in Shenzhen from November 18 to 19, is an important recognition and validation of its enterprise AI, cloud, and digital ecosystem capabilities. The bank reiterated its "Buy" rating on Tencent with a target price of HK$755, and believes the recent share price weakness presents a buying opportunity.
