Tianjin's first "land + geothermal" combined supply project is listed for transfer.

On October 22, on the government affairs website of the Tianjin Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, the combined supply project of the state-owned construction land use right of 66,581.8 square meters and the geothermal exploration and mining right of 1.2139 square kilometers in the Central Fishing Port of the Sino-Singapore Eco-City in Binhai New Area was officially listed for public announcement. The total combined listing amount was 40.13 million yuan, making it Tianjin's first "land + geothermal" combined supply project. The construction land and geothermal exploration and mining right block offered for listing this time are located within the Central Fishing Port area of the Sino-Singapore Eco-City. The planned land use is port land, mixed with no more than 45% industrial land.
