834 aftershocks have occurred following the 7.0-magnitude earthquake in Baqing, Tibet.

The reporter learned from the Earthquake Relief Headquarters of Nagqu City, Tibet that as of 9:45 on October 24, a total of 834 aftershocks had been recorded in the earthquake-affected area of Baqing County, including 795 aftershocks below magnitude 3.0, 31 earthquakes of magnitude 3.0-3.9, and 8 earthquakes of magnitude 4.0-4.9. The largest aftershock was a magnitude 4.5 earthquake in Zadoi County, Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai at 23:14 on October 23, 18.68 kilometers from the epicenter of the main shock.
