iPhone Duo inner screen repair costs 7,998 yuan.

A reporter checked Apple's official website and found that there is indeed a significant difference in phone repair costs depending on whether AppleCare+ is purchased. Taking the iPhone Duo as an example, without AppleCare+, the estimated out-of-warranty repair cost for a damaged inner screen is 7,998 yuan; with AppleCare+, the service fee for the inner screen and other accidental damage is 628 yuan. This means that for the same damaged inner screen, the repair cost differs by more than ten times depending on whether the additional warranty service is purchased.
