Traffic accident in western Cuba has caused 1 death and 29 injuries.

On October 23 local time, according to the health department of Matanzas Province, Cuba, a traffic accident occurred in Matanzas Province that day, killing 1 person and injuring 29 others, 5 of whom were seriously injured. After the accident, several passing drivers joined the rescue, using their vehicles to take the injured to local hospitals, and the medical emergency department also dispatched rescue forces to participate in the transfer of the injured. At present, the injured are receiving treatment in several local hospitals, and some of them need further examination or surgery. The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation.
