Marketingforce (02556.HK): Shanghai Zhendao to provide loan financing of up to RMB 300 million to Zhao Xulong

Zhitong Finance APP news, Marketingforce (02556.HK) announced that on October 23, 2026, Mr. Zhao Xulong, the company's controlling shareholder, executive director, chairman and chief executive officer, entered into a loan agreement with Shanghai Zhendao, pursuant to which Shanghai Zhendao (as lender) has agreed to grant Mr. Zhao Xulong (as borrower) a loan facility with a principal amount of up to RMB300 million for a term of nine months.
