Building Blocks Group (08187) completes placement of 30,336,800 shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$16.1 million

Zhitong Finance APP News, Jimu Group (08187) announced that all conditions precedent under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and completion of the placing took place on October 23, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement. A total of 30,336,800 placing shares (representing approximately 16.67% of the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement immediately following completion) were successfully placed at a placing price of HK$0.55 per placing share to not fewer than six placees.
