Shanghai Hong Kong Alliance (01001) receives shareholding increase of 6.3651 million shares by Chairman of the Board Yao Zuhui.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Shanghai Hong Kong Alliance (01001) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company was informed by Mr. Yao Zuhui (Mr. Yao), Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and controlling shareholder of the Company, that on October 23, 2026, he acquired through off-market transactions a total of 6,365,100 ordinary shares of the Company (the Shares) at a total consideration of approximately HK$2.546 million, equivalent to a purchase price of HK$0.40 per Share (the Increased Shares). Immediately following the Increased Shares, Mr. Yao held interests in 291 million Shares, representing approximately 45.71% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of this announcement.
