Zhitong Finance APP news, Yancoal Australia (03668) announced that Mr. Gregory James Fletcher has decided to focus on other professional commitments and personal matters and will resign as an independent non-executive director of Yancoal Australia, co-deputy chairman of the board, chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective January 1, 2027. Mr. Fletcher was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in June 2012 and was appointed as co-deputy chairman in March 2018.
