(referred to as: USTC iFlytek) has submitted an application for listing to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Huatai International and Guoyuan International as joint sponsors. The company had previously filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 19, 2026. The prospectus shows that USTC iFlytek (300222.SZ) is a large Chinese technology enterprise driven by two wheels: (i) power equipment and energy storage and (ii) robotics. The company's core business includes the design, manufacture, and sale of industrial equipment and system-based solutions, including power distribution and utilization equipment, energy storage systems, and industrial robots, which together account for the vast majority of the Group's revenue during the track record period.
