Zhitong Finance APP News, Senhao Group (08285) and the offeror OME HOLDING LIMITED jointly announced that on October 6, 2026, the offeror, Zhonghua Flooring, and Ganlan Investment intend to purchase a total of 420 million shares from Yen Sheng Investment Limited and Summit Time Resources Limited, for a total consideration of HK$60.06 million, equivalent to HK$0.143 per share.
