The "15th Five-Year Plan" for Radio, Television, and Online Audiovisual Services has been issued.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the successive plenary sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and in accordance with the arrangements of the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China, the National Radio and Television Administration has issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for Radio, Television, and Online Audiovisual. The Plan adheres to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guide, remains committed to its original mission of spreading the Party's voice and serving the people, persists in the deep integration and coordinated development of the two major businesses of radio and television and online audiovisual, grasps the three major attributes of ideology, public services, and technological industry, coordinates the four business levels of radio and television networks, interactive network television, internet television, and the public internet, anchors the three major work directions of "consolidating and upgrading radio and television, innovatively developing online audiovisual, and integrating and aggregating to form synergy," leverages the comprehensive advantages of "news + literature and art" and "content + network," and drives breakthrough reforms and iterative upgrading of the radio, television, and audiovisual industry.
