The United States is withdrawing some troops and diplomatic personnel from the Middle East.
NBC News reported that the United States has recently been reducing its troop presence at some bases in the Middle East. U.S. forces stationed in Jordan are also among those being redeployed, and U.S. troops in Qatar and Kuwait have also been moved.
