Kuaigou Dache (02246): Proposed Adoption of 2026 Restricted Share Unit Scheme

Zhitong Finance APP News, Kuaigou Dache (02246) announced that the Board has resolved to propose the adoption of the 2026 Restricted Share Unit Scheme, which, if and when adopted, will constitute a share scheme funded by the issuance of new shares under Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules. Accordingly, under the Listing Rules, the adoption of the 2026 Restricted Share Unit Scheme is subject to (i) approval by the Shareholders at the general meeting; and (ii) the Stock Exchange Listing Committee granting approval for the listing of and permission to deal in the shares that may be issued pursuant to the awards granted under the 2026 Restricted Share Unit Scheme.
