Ganfeng Lithium (01772.HK): Fu Lihua and Liu Ming nominated as candidates for executive directors

Zhitong Finance APP News, Ganfeng Lithium (01772.HK) announced that the board of directors of the Company received written resignation reports from Mr. Shen Haibo and Mr. Li Chenglin, executive directors of the Company. Due to adjustments in responsibilities within the Group, Mr. Shen and Mr. Li resigned from their positions as executive directors of the Company, Mr. Shen resigned from his position as a member of the strategy committee of the board of directors, and Mr. Li resigned from his positions as a member of the strategy committee and the sustainability committee of the board of directors. The above resignation matters will take effect from the date on which the Company elects new executive directors at its next shareholders' meeting.
