Zhitong Finance APP News, Hefei Department Store Group (000417.SZ) issued an announcement that the Feixi County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau plans to reclaim the state-owned construction land use right for residential purposes of 58,732.29 of Plot A located on the east side of the intersection of the expressway connector and Hetong Highway in Yandian Town, Feixi County, held by a subsidiary of the company, at a reclamation price of RMB 140 million. After the transaction is completed, it will reduce the company's net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the year 2026 by approximately RMB 25.45 million in the short term, and the impact on the company has been reflected in the company's 2026 semi-annual report results. However, in the medium to long term, it effectively avoids the accumulation of large amounts of funds and possible larger losses.
