Zhitong Finance APP News, Jun Tai Holdings (00630.HK) announced that, with effect from October 20, 2026, Ms. Chen Leyan has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company and ceased to act as the authorized representative of the Company under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the authorized representative of the Company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
