Zhitong Finance APP News: Bay Area Development (00737.HK) announced that, following the subscription to Structured Deposit Product A, Yanjiang Company (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) subscribed to Structured Deposit Product B in the amount of RMB230 million from Bank of Jiangsu on September 22, 2026, and subscribed to Structured Deposit Product C in the amount of RMB250 million on October 20, 2026, using internal resources.
