The first phase of the 140th Canton Fair concluded yesterday. Focusing on the theme of advanced manufacturing, the first phase showcased the upstream and downstream coordination of the advanced manufacturing industrial chain as well as the achievements in transforming technological innovation. The Canton Fair has become an important platform for demonstrating China's complete industrial system and strong industrial supporting capacity, and for safeguarding the stability and smooth operation of global industrial and supply chains. It is understood that a total of 335 new product launch events were held during the first phase of this session of the Canton Fair, among which the number of new products debuted in emerging future industries such as service robots, smart manufacturing, and new energy increased by about 20%. The newly established New Product Debut Exhibition Area, through an integrated "physical + digital" model, showcases enterprises' innovation achievements in a concentrated manner, making it convenient for buyers to select products precisely.
