The original partner Shanghai Civil-Military Integration Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) exited, and Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd. was newly added as a partner. At the same time, the subscribed capital increased from approximately RMB 121.9 billion to approximately RMB 148.3 billion, an increase of about 22%. The fund was established in February 2016, with China Insurance Investment Co., Ltd. as the executive partner. Its business scope is equity investment management, and it is currently jointly funded by Taikang Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Merchants Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., and the above-mentioned newly added partner, among others.
