The Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has spread to an eighth province.

The latest epidemic report released by the Democratic Republic of the Congo's Ministry of Health on the 18th shows that the country's current Ebola outbreak has spread to an eighth province, with the cumulative number of confirmed cases rising to 9,415 and 4,536 deaths. The report said that North Ubangi Province in the northwest of the country reported two confirmed cases for the first time, one of whom died. Both patients were males around 20 years old.
