At 14:27 on October 18, as Loong Air flight GJ8192 landed smoothly at Jiaxing Nanhu Airport, the airport's annual passenger throughput surpassed the one-million mark, placing it among China's million-level civil aviation airports and marking a leapfrog development in the airport's passenger business. In recent years, Jiaxing's comprehensive transportation investment has exceeded 40 billion yuan for three consecutive years. The completion and opening of Jiaxing Nanhu Airport has filled the gap in local civil aviation passenger services. As of October 18, the airport had handled a cumulative total of 7,236 passenger flight movements, with an average load factor of 83.3% and an average of 139 passengers per flight.
