Foreign holdings of U.S. Treasuries rebounded from a bottom in August, with UK holdings exceeding $1 trillion for the first time.

Zhitong Finance APP notes that data released by the U.S. Treasury Department on Friday showed that foreign investors' holdings of U.S. Treasuries rebounded in August, with Canada and Belgium leading the increases, as foreign holdings rebounded from their lowest level since October 2025.
