Zhito Finance APP News, Emperor International (00163.HK) announced that on October 16, 2026, the seller (Diamond Faith Limited, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) proposed to sell the land to the buyer (Ming Wang Limited) at a consideration of HK$161.8 million (with reference to the valuation of the land as at September 30, 2026 of HK$161.8 million). The land refers to Lot No. 581 in Survey District No. 210, Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong.
