Lakala (300773.SZ) plans to acquire a controlling stake in Gaofu Information, trading to resume on October 19.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Lakala (300773.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire part or all of the equity of Gaofu Information held by 5 counterparties, including Hainan Tami, Lin Jian, Guangzhou Lingjie, Guangzhou Weizhou, and Hainan Weichen, through the issuance of shares and cash payment, so as to obtain a controlling stake in Gaofu Information.
