Zhitong Finance APP News, Will Semiconductor (603501.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and/or self-raised funds to repurchase some of its A-share public shares through centralized bidding trading, for the purpose of implementing an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The repurchase amount shall be no less than RMB 250 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 500 million (inclusive), and the repurchase price per share shall be no more than RMB 120 (inclusive).
