Xingzheng International (06058) subsidiary purchases notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$15 million

Zhito Finance APP News, Xingzheng International (06058) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary CISI Investment purchased notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$15 million (equivalent to approximately HK$118 million) in the open market during the period from September 23, 2026 to October 15, 2026, at a total consideration of approximately US$13.8242 million (equivalent to approximately HK$109 million).
