Paul Chow and Chow Fook-on Reappointed as Non-Executive Directors of Hong Kong SFC for a Two-Year Term

Zhito Finance APP has learned that on October 16, the Hong Kong government announced that the Financial Secretary, under the power delegated by the Chief Executive under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571), has reappointed Bao Kai and Zhou Fu'an as non-executive directors of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (Hong Kong SFC), with terms effective from October 20, 2026 and January 1, 2027 respectively, for a period of 2 years.
