Sanfu New Materials' subsidiary Mingyi Electronics launches high-aspect-ratio gantry plating equipment, suitable for high-end PCB manufacturing such as AI servers.

According to Sanfu New Materials, its subsidiary Mingyi Electronics has launched a new series of productshigh aspect ratio gantry line electroplating equipment, capable of supporting the production of boards with aspect ratios of 40:1 and above; this series of equipment can be customized according to customer needs, is compatible with phosphorized copper ball and insoluble anode systems, and can meet the electroplating needs of high-end circuit boards such as high aspect ratio AI server PCBs and IC substrates. The equipment has passed various technical tests and has been recognized by leading domestic server PCB manufacturing customers. Currently, multiple equipment orders are in hand, and the production line for this series of equipment has entered the production and delivery stage.
