INTL GENIUS (00033) announced that Mr. Chan Pui Tak (Mr. Chan) has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company, the authorized representative of the Company for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and the authorized representative of the Company, with effect from October 15, 2026.
