AXERA Semiconductor (00600.HK): Trustee purchases a total of 2,519,200 shares under the share award scheme

Zhito Finance APP news, Axera Semiconductor (00600.HK) announced that it has authorized the independent professional trustee (the Trustee) appointed by the Company to manage the H-share award scheme (the Award Scheme) to purchase the Company's H shares on the market at the prevailing market price in accordance with the rules of the Award Scheme and the trust deed. The relevant H shares will be held by the Trustee in trust for the benefit of the grantees and used for the grant of award shares under the Award Scheme.
