Zhitong Finance APP News, Fengzhan Holdings (01826) announced that on October 13, 2026, Dalan Stroy Service LLP (Dalan), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated under the laws of Kazakhstan, as the main contractor, entered into an engineering, procurement and construction agreement (EPC Agreement) with HuaLin Energy Ltd. (whose ultimate beneficial owner is an independent third party) as the employer (Employer). The EPC Agreement relates to the construction of a 4.5 MW natural gas power generation facility in Atyrau, Kazakhstan (EPC Project). The Group expects to leverage its existing EPC capabilities and experience to deliver its first EPC project in Kazakhstan.
