Ophthalmology Optometry (300595.SZ) subsidiary plans to invest 120 million yuan in Hengyi Medical

Zhito Finance APP News: Oupucon Vision (300595.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Suqian Shangyue Qicheng Hospital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shangyue Qicheng"), has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Kunming Xingcheng Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingcheng Eye Hospital"), which plans to use its own funds of RMB 120 million to invest in Suqian Hengyi Medical Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengyi Medical") by acquiring equity. After the completion of this investment, Xingcheng Eye Hospital will hold 100% equity in Hengyi Medical.
