("Electronic Information"), a major shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares. Electronic Information plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.0448 million shares through centralized bidding, block trades, and other methods permitted by laws and regulations, accounting for 0.9436% of the company's current total share capital. Its concert party Ningbo Electronic Industry Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("Electronic Industry") and former company director Li Ling (who left office in July 2026 upon expiration of his term) will not participate in this share reduction.
