Huake Intelligent Investment (01140.HK) terminates investment management agreement.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Huake Intelligent Investment (01140.HK) announced that on October 14, 2026, the Company issued a termination notice to the Investment Manager, Glory Capital (Hong Kong) Limited (the Investment Manager), in accordance with the terms of the investment management agreement entered into between the Company and the Investment Manager on May 7, 2026. Pursuant to the terms of the investment management agreement, the investment management agreement will terminate and cease to be effective upon the expiry of the 30-day notice period from the date of the termination notice (i.e., November 14, 2026). The termination of the investment management agreement is part of the Company's optimization of its investment management structure, aimed at streamlining investment decisions and strengthening internal governance.
