(09911.HK) announced that a total of 4.942 million shares repurchased by the Company during the period from August 26, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (the "Repurchased Shares") were cancelled on October 14, 2026. Accordingly, the total number of issued shares of the Company has decreased from 1.4 billion shares to 1.395 billion shares. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the Company remains in compliance with the minimum public float requirement under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange (the "Listing Rules").
