Wushang Group announced that its largest shareholder, Wushanglian, increased its holdings by 4.0702 million shares, accounting for 0.53% of the total share capital before the repurchase, with an increase amount of approximately RMB 29.9957 million. On October 13, 2026, the company completed the cancellation of 19.0887 million repurchased shares, and the total share capital changed from 769 million shares to 750 million shares. After the change, Wushanglian's shareholding ratio increased from 21.55% to 22.64%, and the shareholding ratios of its concert parties, Guotou Group and Hantong Investment, increased to 3.99% and 1.61%, respectively. The combined shareholding ratio of the three increased from 27.01% to 28.24%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%.
