Zhito Finance APP News: Bay Area Development (00737.HK) announced that, after conducting public tender and bidding procedures through the Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center, on October 14, 2026, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Company (regarded as a subsidiary of the Company) entered into a construction contract with Guangdong Feida, pursuant to which Guangdong Feida will undertake the temporary relocation and modification construction works of existing electromechanical pipelines for the relevant section of the Shenzhen segment of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway, with a contract price of RMB 92.774 million.
