Shanghai Electric: Fushen Industrial lawsuit treated as withdrawn, involving RMB 97.7418 million

Shanghai Electric announced that in the litigation between its controlling subsidiary Communication Company and Fushen Industrial, Fushen Industrial had requested the rescission of the "Product Sales Contract" and the return of advance payments and payments already made, totaling RMB 97.7418 million. Recently, Communication Company received the "Civil Ruling" from the Yangpu District People's Court of Shanghai, ruling that this litigation is to be treated as withdrawn by the plaintiff, Fushen Industrial.
