26 counties and districts in Xizang launch heating to ensure plateau residents stay warm through winter

As temperatures gradually drop, high-altitude counties and districts in Nagqu, Ngari, and Shannan in Xizang have entered the heating preparation and central heating stage, with 26 counties and districts currently having started heating operations. The heating period in Ngari Prefecture, Xizang, runs from October 1 to May 1 of the following year. Among them, the pipeline network in 42 areas of Shiquanhe Town covers an area of 1.68 million square meters, with 206 employees ensuring residents get through the winter.
