The total cash dividend for this distribution is RMB 277 million. The record date for this equity distribution is October 19, 2026, and the ex-rights and ex-dividend date is October 20, 2026. From the ex-rights and ex-dividend date, the upper limit of the company's share repurchase price will be adjusted from RMB 14.01 per share to RMB 13.96 per share.
