Zhito Finance APP News, Jinhui Energy (06885.HK) announced that, in order to further optimize the Company's governance structure, maintain and further enhance the compliance and governance requirements for listed companies under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and strengthen the Company's commitment to enhancing compliance awareness and internal controls, and in response to the Company's governance structure optimization and compliance work arrangements, Mr. Wang Xueliang has ceased to serve as (i) the Company's company secretary and (ii) the Company's authorized representative as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, both with effect from October 13, 2026.
