Zero One founder and executive director Vincent Fernando said TSMC may once again raise its full-year revenue guidance when it reports third-quarter results on Thursday. TSMC's September revenue, reported last week, came close to the record set in August, pushing total third-quarter revenue above the company's previous guidance range. Fernando said TSMC's better-than-expected sales performance makes the company's earlier forecast of "slightly above 40%" growth in 2026 dollar revenue look conservative. "If the current wording is maintained, it would mean fourth-quarter revenue growth of only one-third of the level the company guided for the third quarter," he said. That pace would be below TSMC's current actual business momentum. "Therefore, the possibility does exist that TSMC will further raise its full-year revenue growth guidance," he added.
