Zhitong Finance APP News, Rokae Robotics (03752) announced that due to business operation needs, the Board of Directors resolved on October 12, 2026 and proposed to change the Company's Chinese name from "()" to "", and to change the Company's English name from "Rokae (Shandong) Robotics Group Inc." to "Rokae Robotics Group Inc.". The proposed change of company name is subject to the consideration and approval by the Company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, and to the completion of all necessary approval and filing procedures with the relevant competent authorities in China before it can take effect.
